In short: casharoo.ro uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies and builds no visitor profiles. We only store two values locally in your browser so the site can remember your theme (light/dark) and your language (RO/EN).
That is why you don't see a cookie banner: strictly necessary storage does not require prior consent.

2.What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, phone or tablet) by the websites you visit. They let a site recognise your device on later visits and remember your preferences.
Besides cookies there are similar technologies — such as localStorage — which store information in your browser but, unlike cookies, are not sent to the server with every request. Those are the technologies we use.

3.What we actually use on casharoo.ro
This site is a static presentation page. We set no cookies of our own, we do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Ads or any other measurement or advertising tool, and we neither sell nor share browsing data with third parties for marketing.
We use only the following locally stored values, strictly necessary for the site to work and display correctly:

Both values stay in your browser, are anonymous (no name, e-mail, IP address or other personal identifier) and are transmitted neither to us nor to third parties.
4.Third-party services used by this site
For the site to work, your browser makes requests to the following providers. They place no tracking cookies through our site, but — as with any internet request — they receive your IP address and technical browser data:

web3forms.com) — only if you choose to send the contact form on the page; the service takes the data you filled in and delivers it to us by e-mail. 5.Why there is no cookie banner
Prior consent is required for cookies that are not strictly necessary — analytics, advertising or profiling. Because we use no such technologies, and the two values described above are strictly necessary for the site to function, we do not ask for consent and show no banner.
If we introduce analytics or marketing tools in the future, we will show a consent banner before activating them and will update this policy.
6.How to manage or delete this data
You can delete the values stored by the site at any time, straight from your browser, without losing access to the site:
- Chrome / Edge: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data → See all site data → search for "casharoo.ro" → Delete.
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Manage Data → search for "casharoo.ro" → Remove.
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data → search for "casharoo.ro" → Remove.
After deletion the site returns to the default theme (dark) and to Romanian.

Casharoo reserves the right to update this Cookie Policy to reflect regulatory, technological or operational changes. For significant updates, the date at the top of this page will be revised. We encourage you to check this page from time to time.
